I am a Cisco Certified Network Professional with Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Chico. Along with practical knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches with protocols like OSPF, RIP, BGP and EIGRP using GNS3, I also possess hands on experience with Cisco series routers (2600 and 2800), Cisco catalyst switches and Cisco 2800 series server. As a Computer Student Assistant, my job was to develop group policies for the lab computers, configure, maintain and troubleshoot the computer network, provide onsite and phone technical support to the staff. I have also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant conducting lab lectures and assisting students in solving/debugging labs. My experience and my coursework throughout my graduate and undergraduate education have helped me develop and strengthen my troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills.In addition to my education and experience I had the opportunity to be the Technical Head and Joint Publicity Head of the IEEE student committee during my undergraduate degree.
