- Support continuous improvement of process documentation & business analysis of supply chain department programs & technologies- Manage approximately $5M in spend with a 50% negotiated saving percentage and complete sourcing activities covering IT & other category spend- Develop & implement data collection systems & strategies to optimize data quality & identify opportunities for value added sourcing initiatives- Identify, analyze & interpret trends in data sets of top tier vendors to identify risk mitigation, compliance, savings & vendor base optimization opportunities- Perform competitive market analysis & secondary market research on targeted strategic partners in different industry verticals - Lead, execute & coordinate cross-divisional & functional procurement engagements negotiations of contract terms, service level agreements & pricing for renewals & new purchases- Lead and support team efforts in RFx processes, requirements planning, account reconciliations, contract terminations, Requisition/PO processing- Support six category/sourcing managers & cross functional vendor management, procurement systems, legal, accounting, security and IT department teams to manage ~$2B

- Lead contract and pricing negotiations for Renewals & New Procurement Agreements primarily IT Category (Software, Hardware, SaaS,...etc.)- Engage with vendors & internal stakeholder in RFx, Contract renewal & termination processes- Support vendor management function and meet certain KPI measure and reporting tracking for the department- Conduct market analysis on targeted strategic partners- Lead process improvement & change management projects through content creation for my department- Team Lead for implementation of sourcing tools used for project tracking & reporting- Support directly team of six category and sourcing managers & a number of professionals in procurement systems, legal, accounting, security and our CIS department teams

Strategic Sourcing Intern, my summer project included a number of activities working alongside Sourcing Managers at Cox Enterprises. I collaborated with Cox's operational divisions to outline processes, create templates and forms to be used by Sourcing team members.- Created process map and detailed slide deck - Created & Implemented request forms in SharePoint for supply chain- Created info-graphic for business on new supply chain policies- Created RACI Template for use on projects- Built Team page on company intranet
