I consult, research and speak on the relationship between brands, bias and influence and equip leaders to build legacies tackling the world's most pressing social injuries. As a multilingual conflict mediation expert with a robust background in tech, digital media and design, I've been in "the rooms where it happens." I’ve advised everyone from small island nations to the first refugee delegation to the UN and I can tell you without a doubt--many folks in those rooms will disappoint you. It's not enough for a few underdogs to make their way to those tables. That's why I've set out to equip a critical mass of us.And I'm doing it wielding my international mediation toolkit--(Read: social psychology in super high stakes situations)--and methods grounded in brain and behavioral science. Some of my key accomplishments include:o Designed, developed, and executed a campaign framework that amplified fundraising capacity by 80% and benefited 56,000 refugees o Consulted on and mediated crisis level bias and discrimination incidents throughout the state of Connecticut.o Advised first Refugee Delegation to the UN at the first ever Global Refugee Forum and equipped them to communicate their brand in a way that landed with the publics and policymakers they wanted the support of. The digital communication and design work I did led to a 600% increase in the amount of people who were paying attention to these leaders.o Developed and implemented a proprietary brand positioning and strategy to design mapping protocol to successfully assist clients in translating goals, desired outcomes, and relevant motivational drivers into neuro-rich visual communication and the design of equitable marketing ecosystems.I have lived, worked and schooled in five different countries and two different conflict zones. My results speak for themselves. Let's get to work.
