Current● Recruit active military subjects to compare the rates of myopericarditis (subclinical, suspected, probable, or confirmed) in deploying military subjects who received ACAM2000 (smallpox vaccine) vaccine to rates among those vaccinated with another vaccinia vaccine within the past 1 to 5 years. ● Compare severe and serious dermatologic, neurologic AE’s observed in deploying military subjects approximately 10 days following their ACAM vaccine to rates among those vaccinated with another vaccinia within the past 1 to 5 years. ● Apply military personnel regulations and guidelines to perform a wide variety of interrelated processes related to current project and to provide guidance and assistance to subjects, knowledge of military personnel rules, procedures, and operations to review records and documents for completeness and accuracy as it pertains to smallpox research. ● Subject consent, enrollment and briefing/ECG administration● Source document/Case report form and MedHx data collection● SAE reporting/adhere to site specific SOP’s/maintain regulatory binders● Phlebotomy/blood processing/Troponin testing & sample shipping● Cross site coverage/travel/completion of IRB and HIPPA online courses● Inventory Control and ordering of lab supplies● Query responses/Quality control, assurance and review● Personnel management/Team development and training
