Training Transportation Coordinator
CurrentResponsibilities•Reporting to the Transportation Training Specialist, the Training Coordinator will execute the knowledge management strategy put forth by the Sanimax Corporate Talent Development team and supported by the Operational Excellence function•The incumbent of the Training Coordinator position will handle operational and technical training for the Green Bay WI, DeForest WI, South St. Paul MN, and Hamilton ON locations, covering transport operations•Ensure that the training program for a new employee (employee with a new role) is taken care of according to the competency profile•Conduct a training needs analysis for the district•Design, develop and maintain training materials and work instructions using Sanimax methodology and standards•Facilitate training sessions as needed•Prepare, coordinate, and lead the KCM (Knowledge and Competency Management) committee•Maintain and make available the district training calendar•Manage and support the effective implementation of the employee qualification program•Support, train, and coach local stakeholders (trainers, supervisors, etc.) in their responsibilities related to the qualification program•Support and monitor key performance and training quality indicators and propose corrective actions as needed
