Responsibilities•Reporting to the Transportation Training Specialist, the Training Coordinator will execute the knowledge management strategy put forth by the Sanimax Corporate Talent Development team and supported by the Operational Excellence function•The incumbent of the Training Coordinator position will handle operational and technical training for the Green Bay WI, DeForest WI, South St. Paul MN, and Hamilton ON locations, covering transport operations•Ensure that the training program for a new employee (employee with a new role) is taken care of according to the competency profile•Conduct a training needs analysis for the district•Design, develop and maintain training materials and work instructions using Sanimax methodology and standards•Facilitate training sessions as needed•Prepare, coordinate, and lead the KCM (Knowledge and Competency Management) committee•Maintain and make available the district training calendar•Manage and support the effective implementation of the employee qualification program•Support, train, and coach local stakeholders (trainers, supervisors, etc.) in their responsibilities related to the qualification program•Support and monitor key performance and training quality indicators and propose corrective actions as needed

•Responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs for business travel consultants in the Business Travel division•Increase our consultants’ abilities and performance in all facets of business travel including (but not limited to) consulting skills, travel/product knowledge, and customer service excellence, as well as proficiency with multiple travel technology tools and software programs. •Coordinate, design, deliver, monitor and assess development programs to ensure consistency in the message, performance standards are achieved, and capabilities continuously improved.

•Design, develop, and facilitate initial and on the job training programs for area/assigned vertical teams ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies/procedures;•Recruit, volunteer, build ties with the community and train at local nonprofits and educational institutions;•Deliver/facilitate training for all vertical team members;•Consult upper level leadership/client to identify knowledge, skills, abilities, and information;•Review training materials to ensure client goals and current company culture are integrated into curriculum design;•Update client training materials to align with team needs;•Integrate adult learner best practices/client requirements into training;•Create lesson materials such as job aids, presentations, assignments, visual aids, testing environment examples, etc. that can be fully incorporated into a training program and/or learning management system (LMS);•Conduct training evaluations to assess/determine the need for additional training topics and/or updates to established curriculum design;•Coordinate training schedules, training rooms, and training materials;•Collaborate with human resources (HR), talent acquisition, and program leadership to ensure training meets required specifications;•Ensure OTJ training activities are assigned/completed;•Review KPIs and staff to assess performance gaps;•Conduct monitoring, shadowing and coaching;•Create/facilitate programs to support ongoing development;•Design, develop, and facilitate ad hoc training;•Research industry trends and distribute to program management;•Participate in social media, blogs, and events.•Design and develop written training materials for training courses;•Design layout of documentation including format, layout, and appearance of text/graphics;•Update materials, including proofreading and distributing materials according to departmental procedures, and continuously update reference handbooks/departmental forms;

•Facilitate development of training materials and documentation of technical processes including updating user procedures/guidelines and policy and standards manuals, such as corporate management, mini-course and technical training;•Evaluate effectiveness of training by conducting after-course assessments, post-tests and focus groups;•Conduct team coaching focused on self-discovery and culture development;•Monitor live calls, develop job aides, contests, share best practices, lead group coaching sessions, call calibrations, and conduct performance monitoring;•Create Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote workbooks/presentations;•Optimize production and systems to return improved results;•Develop CRM functionality;•Create individual development cards to measure ramp-up progress;•Conduct multi-site training and onboarding.

•Place outbound sales calls and generate revenue within a $6M territory with annual team revenue goal of $360M;•Implement/modify customer retention/sales funnel to reduce erosion and build customer loyalty;•Provide coaching to over 60 sales professionals with focused on self-discovery methodology and culture development initiatives. •Align individual’s transferrable core abilities with segment, team, program and company goals/initiatives;•Monitor live calls, develop job aides, contests, best practices and conduct coaching;•Design and facilitate group coaching sessions, call calibrations, performance monitoring. •Create Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote workbooks/presentations;•Optimize production and CRM processes.

• Place outbound sales calls and generate revenue within a $4M territory with annual team revenue goal of $330M;• Curve negative profits within a business recovery segment;• Implement/modify customer retention/sales funnel to reduce erosion and build customer loyalty;• Design/participate in internal recruiting efforts to reduce attrition;• Partner with human resources on internal promotional flyers;• Participate in teambuilding, charity and other community events;• Document customer interactions in CRM;• Manage sales funnel containing 2,000+ accounts.

• Perform screening of new and repeat donors;• Collect and process donations in laboratory environment;• Conduct venipuncture operation with autopheresis equipment;• Monitor donors during the plasmapheresis process to ensure safety, comfort and compliance;• Maintain FDA and laboratory inspector’s standards;• Obtain COLA certification;• Uphold FDA, CLIA, COLA and other regulatory requirements;• Act in accordance with Quality Systems, and provide the best possible patient care;• Document donor medical records and health statistics;• Monitor donor records for consistency and quality compliance.

• Apply residential, commercial and industrial high-end coating applications;• Responsible for growth, stability, direction and everyday operation of the business for 7 employees;• Meet with service vendors and product suppliers to research new products;• Draft contracts; • Organize jobs with staff to ensure client needs are met;• Hire and train staff;• Comply with State and Federal requirements;• Maintain OSHA certification;• Control profit margins.
