Being the ex. director means doing whatever it takes to keep the ball moving and get the job done. Via Victory focuses on working alongside leaders and organizations in the non-profit, start-up, and small business sectors to help develop strategic plans and growth tactics that bring life and sustainability to their business/ ministry venture. In addition to strategic planning, we provide creative/ technical writing skills, entrepreneurial experience and insight, and personal coaching for developing leaders.

As the CEO for Illuminative, I am chiefly responsible for the operational and fiduciary aspects of the company. In addition, I have been involved in developing and sourcing the launch collection of product, helped to establish the brand and all web and media aspects as well as form and grow a team of highly skilled contractors and employees.

Managed and helped create all web content and social media engagement on steelroots.com. I helped develop requirements for a larger more robust site to launch in 2009. I also developed and presented strategic marketing plans to the executive team at INSP.

As the Afterschool and Summer Camp Director, I was chiefly responsible for growing the enrichment and summer programs, planning and organizing each function and theme of the programs and facilitating weekly schedules, trips and events.
