I started my business Transformational Performance Solutions, after years of working in the manufacturing, mining, and heavy equipment industries to help plant managers, business owners, and employees mitigate expenses due to failure or inefficiencies. My goal is to help these industries avoid costly repairs through analysis and implementation of processes that keep every aspect of the plant running smoothly. I provide everything that Plant Managers and their employees need to start proactive maintenance over reactive maintenance.I know that “best practices” are good, but building “next practices” alongside those processes can significantly increase the productivity of multi-million-dollar systems that benefit both client and company alike. My services include the Wright Leadership® Program, Proactive Reliability Program Design, Proactive Maintenance, Optimization, Workflow Management, a Programs and Skills Assessment, Total Productive Maintenance, and Storeroom Maximization. This allows me to get a full understanding of the plant at its current state while also preparing the plant employees for upcoming changes that can add exponential dollars to the company’s bottom line.Using failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), my goal is to implement true proactive designs that go beyond the root cause of plant-related issues. If you want to learn more about my program or want to see a demonstration of how detrimental reactive maintenance can be to your business, I’m here to help you navigate keeping your plant at its highest performance level. Feel free to reach out to me here on LinkedIn or via email at nwright@tps-solutions.com.
