I am a partner at CMBG3 Law, a Boston-based firm that specializes in toxic tort defense, environmental law, government affairs and general litigation. I have over 20 years of experience in litigation, mediation, and various legal issues, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I chair the DEI Division at CMBG3 Law, where I help foster a culture of belonging, respect, and innovation for our clients and staff.Before joining CMBG3 Law, I served as the Chief Assistant District Attorney of Communications, Diversity, and Inclusion for Chatham County, GA. I oversaw the office's internal and external communications, recruitment and retention, and policy initiatives. I also prosecuted cases related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation of the elderly and disabled, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I am passionate about advancing justice, fairness, and equity in the legal system and society. I am also an adjunct instructor at Columbia College, where I teach courses on business law, criminal law, public administration, and judicial process. I hold a JD from Suffolk University Law School and an MSPA from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
