Direct and Energy is a big service company in the US with more than 1000 workers who rely on their iPad to diagnose and showcase their work to clients. We work with them to build the react-native application which helps technicians to stream their work from the houses’ roof and difficult places where homeowners cannot reach.We propose to build native application instead of react-native because this application does have a lot of native functionalities like camera, audio, WebSocket. After 3 weeks, we rebuild 2 native apps in Android and iOS with much better performance and user experience.We are in the stage of testing the mobile applications with 1000 technicians, and their feedback is really good compared to the old react native application.We have worked on both mobile development and their APIs, Technologies: React Native, Swift, Kotlin, and Nodejs.

Macro is a cryptocurrency trading application which was developing at the time when cryptocurrency was a hot trend.We took part in the team which duty to rework their UI/UX and stabilize their infrastructure and build the application. With good experience in Clojure/Clojurescript, it took a short period of time - 3 weeks to finish the new website’s UI as well as covered their running website with new core features. We have the opportunity to work with new technology in crypto space, high-security environment, and high availability requirements.Even if the project is closed, we still work closely with the founders of Macro for their new stealth projects. Vermietet is an ambitious startup, it wants to disrupt the real estate space in Germany as first and globally later. The main goal is to build a platform which helps homeowner in managing tedious works regarding rent money, maintenance, ... It's a small team however everyone is talented and hungry, I am super excited to work with them. My main responsibility is to help with the most complicated component of the platform: the Dashboard. The data from a single dashboard is from multiple microservices, and being transformed at the Clojure microservice where I spent most of my time. When I come to the project, the Clojure microservice has many problems:1. It doesn't have any tests for such a complicated component. No documents being written because it's a startup and no one has time for that. 2. File structure is hard to understand.3. HTTP client is not well implemented, missing fault tolerant, and retry mechanism.I have worked hard with the team not only with microservice's implementation but also with the documentation and the workflow of the project as well. The end results is:1. Well tested and healthy code base.2. Well defined documentation about the component. And this has reduced us a lot of time on customer support as well as reviewing and adjusting current formulas.3. Well design HTTP client with fault tolerant, retry mechanism with good and concise logging.3. We continue to build 2 other Clojure microservices successfully with the same philosophy and discipline.
