As an Account Manager, my role is to partner with customers in the Software Vertical to ensure they are leveraging their NetSuite/OpenAir functionality across their various business platforms to the fullest. My Objective is to retain satisfied customers, be their biggest advocate and to help take their company to the next level by solving their business and IT challenges, helping drive their strategic initiatives, and leveraging my own knowledge as well as that of my internal experts who range from Consulting and Professional Services through Training and Product Management.
