Overall Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate and execute sales plans including one-on-one meeting with Industrial Associations, PR Campaigns, and working closely with Division Heads, Branch Managers and Front Line Staff. • Analyze the current loan portfolio and identify new sales and business development opportunities to support SME Sales Team and branches. • Manage NPL customers and initiate corrective action in order improve NPL and to increase recovery of NPL accounts. Key Area of Accountability • Review overall segment performance and update SME Head on weekly basis.• Monitor and assess activities of direct and indirect competitors to proactively satisfy and retain existing clients.• Monitor sales progress from SME Sales Teams and take necessary actions to achieve their targets.• Propose new products which matches the market situation to SME Head and Management.• Initiate discussion with respective associations and stakeholders, and handover to respective sales team for business opportunities. (e.g. MMRA,MRA, MFVP, USAID, UKAID).• Submit reports of finding and propose corrective actions or strategies in order to reduce SME NPL.• Conduct training (including hard and soft skills) to branch-in-charge, loan officers and front line staff in order to improve overall sales capabilities and credit analyst skills.

• Lead all aspects of product marketing, campaigns and development of AYA Bank’s retail and corporate products & services including managing product launch and implementing marketing communications (ATL,TTL,BTL).• Plan, Coordinate and maintained multiple project plans including detailed excel workbooks, campaign sheets, continually updated task lists, deadlines and budgets.• Create social media campaigns and strategies, including facebook campaigns, content marketing, and implementation schedules.• Analyze the campaigns data to ensure campaign objectives are met.• Ensure brand consistency in all aspects of marketing communications and social media messages by working with internal departments.• Collaborate with other departments to promote bank products and coordinate promotions.
