A fabricator & SMAW,GMAW Welder with over 5 years of experience in the mining and manufacturing industries. I'm skilled in the fabrication and installation of metal structures, as well as plant maintenance. I'm a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. I'm also a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.I completed my National Certificate in Fabrication Engineering at Masvingo Polytechnical College in 2014 and later obtained my Boiler Making/Plate Welder Journeyman Class One qualification in 2018. I worked for Simbi Steel Makers Group and Bikita Minerals Pvt Ltd. I also worked on major projects such as the Khaya Cement and Zimbabwe Platinum Mines projects, where I carried out duties such as refurbishing kiln elbows and installing a palisade fence. I also worked for Dickinson Group of Companies on the Smelter Rebuild Project in 2019, where I carried out all grinding, cutting and fabrication duties in the process of demolishing the old furnace and the eventual rebuild. I participated in the installation of cable racks and dome uptake towers for the Ngezi Portal Dome Project in 2022, and also fabricated conveyor structures and launder distributors for the Jena Gold Mines Bore Mill 2 Project. I was involved in theMarikana Plant Optimisation Project at Mimosa Mine in 2023, where I installed pole mountings, designed brackets for pole mountings, installed pole-mounted lights, fabricated and installed cable runners, and installed cable racks and cable mountings in the MCC house. I also worked on various shutdowns for Zimbabwe Platinum Mines and Mimosa Mining Company.
