Royal Beets is a health unique health food company specializing in the vegetable Red Beet. My journey and new found love and passion for beets began in 2009, after I was diagnosed with Iron Deficiency Anemia. While battling my deficiency, and undergoing two iron infusions I discovered the wonderful health benefits of beets. As a child I never acquired a taste for beets, nor did I have a desire to! Beets were on my do not touch or consume list followed by okra, and brussel sprouts. Surprisingly my new discovery of beet health ignited an interesting passion for beets. After playing with many recipes I soon realized, it was not beets I disliked IT WAS SIMPLY, THE RECIPE. I was excited and challenges by this thought and began creating in my kitchen like a mad scientist! haha.
