Bought and rented local residences. As chairman of the board of a commercial condominium project with a rental pool arrangement, hired management firm, oversaw operations and ousted developer to gain a 100% better deal for investors.

Forox Corporation designed and manufactured high-end photographic equipment for the audio-visual trade--primarily 35mm cameras ranging from $25,000 to $75,000. Photo labs worldwide, and their corporate, educational and governmental in-house equivalents, used the Forox cameras to produce 35mm slides for creating professional presentations. Those of a certain age will recall Kodak Carousel projectors. Today, presentations go directly from computer to screen via Powerpoint.
