- Co-designed our apps from scratch, bringing simplicity, usability, and plain language into a previously complicated product. Two years after launch, the ratings were 4.7 on both App Store (1431 ratings) and Play Store (5540 ratings). - Turned a KYC project from being a legal necessity to our most productive collaboration with management to date. Using storytelling and experience goals, we aligned on design principles for our product. Our solutions not only improved our KYC data but also proved to build trust for our users.- Worked on projects that improved our activation rate for non-eID customers by 68 % compared to the year before. - Helped grow the customer base by 536 % and the number of money transfers by 1030 % over the past 4 years.- Shaped the Transfer Galaxy brand narrative, value proposition, and voice, clearly differentiating us from our competitors.- Started the Content Design craft at Transfer Galaxy, laying the foundation for our content guidelines, and best practices, while co-creating our design principles with our Design Lead.
