Responsible for Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Relations and Personnel Administration.Implementation of the planned salary fund allocation. Calculate salaries,bonuses and social welfare for employees. Transfer of data to the Accountantto make payment of wages and other earnings on time.Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates with HR managers toeducate HOD in other departments.To nominate department heads and settle procedures for recruitment,dismissal, appointment, removal from office, dismissal, professionalredundancy, discipline, reward and retirement according to regulations.Handling conflicts and complaints about Labour.Developing, guiding, examining and evaluating the implementation ofregulations, processes, regulations and implementing documents in the field ofthe department.Monitor and timely update the new regulations related to labour from labouroffice to timely adjust the labour policies of the companyMonitor and implement policies for employees: working time, vacation time,holiday time, time and overtime; Social insurance, health insurance,unemployment insurance, and other welfare regimes in accordance withregulations of the Labour Law.To participate in guiding, inspecting, urging and proposing measures toimplement well the programs, plans and contents of labour protection andOSH work.To perform other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with thespecialized training or fostering of the labourers.
