As a full-service agency that helped clients, primarily in health care, develop websites, micro-sites, and emails to enhance print and direct-mail campaigns. Also developed presentations and videos for pitches to new clients. Provided technical support to team members in the agency.

Helped develop online presences (mainly websites) for small businesses and non-profits on the side. It was a great way to work with diverse groups of people, develop my skills, and help some great organizations.

As a contractor, worked with team members to develop internal websites for Lilly's training area's specifically around Research and Global Medical training, but also helped Sales, HR, and Leadership to provide access to training and resources to keep employees up to speed. Blossomed into larger internal branding projects including logos, presentation templates, and more to ensure a clear and cohesive voice across the organization.

This role included a wide range of activities to support marketing and sales initiatives as well as a number of special projects for the president. Hired and managed a small team of creatives and programmer to develop, create or maintain all communications, digital, and print. One of the more memorable projects was creating paint job for Indy 500 car.
