Additionally, my focus on creating modern, multifunctional facilities and efficient distribution networks emphasizes my commitment to enhancing urban living and transportation systems.Selected projects:- Zuidasdok A10 highway Amsterdam South, the Netherlands; extension of the highway ring road in Amsterdam South. Partly underground, including the design of the new Amsterdam South WTC train station;- design of the new Zeesluis IJmuiden, the Netherlands; the worlds largest lock (500x70m) giving access to Noordzeekanaal for cruise ships who travel to the center of historic Amsterdam;- renovation of Royerssluis Antwerpen, Belgium; one of the oldest locks in Antwerp’s old harbor will be enlarged;- Sporthal Sneppenbos Boechout, Belgium; a multifunctional center of 5000 m2 sports & leisure facilities for the town of Boechout;- Topsporthal Heverlee KU Leuven, Belgium; a large sports hall giving home to Belgium's national ladies volleyball team; - CER-Maasvlakte, the Netherlands; an internal transportation system in the Port of Rotterdam provides fast distribution of goods via roads. Several bridges have been designed;- fietsenstalling Houtmarkt Kortrijk, Belgium; an assignment for a covered bicycle storage center on an inner city square.
