As a Networks Operations Senior Analyst at CareAllies, I help to develope, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Health Plan Providers, Office Staff and Business Partners across multiple IPA’s across Greater Houston. I assist with managing performance based on metrics such as HEDIS/STARS, Value Based Care Performance, Utilization/Quality Management, Inpatient/Outpatient Medical Cost Trend, and Population Health Management.I am a Spring 2020 graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, College of Applied Health Sciences. I’ve earned a Bachelors of Science with Honors (Cum Lade) in Community Health with an Area of Concentration in Health Planning and Administration.I am passionate about delivering exceptional service by aiding in collaborations and maximizing performances in the Healthcare Industry, always willing to learn and achieve goals!
