I graduated with a master's degree in marketing from Iona College in 2021, where I gained a solid foundation in marketing theory and practice, as well as consumer behavior, market research, and digital marketing. I also have a bachelor's degree in business management from the same institution, which equipped me with the essential skills and knowledge for managing projects, teams, and resources. Prior to joining ICON International, I worked as a sales associate and then as an assistant manager at Nordstrom, where I honed my customer service, communication, retail sales, and team building skills.
