The purpose of the Front of House Staff is to ensure that a premiumexperience is delivered by going above and beyond the guests’ expectations. Front of HouseStaff do this by understanding the guests’ needs and wants, following Funlabpolicies and procedures at all times, and by bringing a positive and unique flair to theguest experience. I engage in a range of roles, including reception, running games and activities, as well as coordinating functions such as kids parties and work events.

The AWSN mentoring program provided me with understanding into the security industryfrom a women’s perspective. I met with several industry professionals who shared theirknowledge and insight into the industry.

I was privileged to be accepted into CISCO’s MentorMe Program, a mentorship initiativecreated to support and encourage females in pursuing a career in the technology field.The program allowed me to network with industry professionals, allowing me to build mycommunication skills while learning about the different roles in the industry. I was able tosolicit information and advice in regard to developing a career within the field, which I hopeto use in the future.
