I was responsible for registering patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and scheduling appointments, as well as troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring data security and accuracy. I leveraged my creative strategy skills to improve the efficiency and quality of the patient access process, and received positive feedback from both patients and colleagues. I graduated from MyComputerCareer in 2021, where I completed a comprehensive program in Information Technology, covering topics such as hardware, software, networking, security, cloud computing, and web development. I am also currently participating in Year Up Chicago , a program that connects young adults with career opportunities in the IT field, and gained valuable professional skills and mentorship.
