As a Community Environmental Manager at Communities Unlimited, I provide technical and financial assistance to rural utility systems in the Southeast region. I work with officials, staff, and water operators to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, perform rate analyses, and locate and apply for funding opportunities. I also offer virtual and in-person training to community members and operators on best practices for operations and maintenance.I graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Chemistry and a minor in sustainability in December 2022. During my studies, I participated in a study abroad program at Kansai University in Japan, where I conducted undergraduate research on pharmaceutical quality and environmental waste management. I am a Gilman Program Alumni, a prestigious scholarship program that supports students from diverse backgrounds to pursue international education. I am passionate about environmental justice, travel, and meaningful relationships, and I am excited to make more professional connections through shared interests and experiences.
