As the Director of Patient Engagement I oversea global teams focused on patient interaction. These teams consist of Patient Call Centers, Patient AR management, and Portal Chat support. I work closely with Clients and internal Client Managers to ensure all parties understand process and any concerns are addressed.I work with the phone vendor, and development teams to build and maintain automated processes and options with in the phone platform. This includes researching state and city specific guidelines regarding Automated calling reviewing these on a individual client location basis with our compliance team.I also work with integrated CC vendors to develop the best workflows centered around PCI compliance, to insure the call centers, phone platform, and application process payments in the most efficient and compliant manors.
