I process payroll for participants, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. I also conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies in payroll records. I collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.

I had the opportunity to efficiently assist with administrative tasks for a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to empowering young girls in the STEM field. I facilitated smooth communication between volunteers, coordinate schedules, and help organize events. I also managed aspects of office operations, including calendar management and maintaining filing systems.

I shadowed the business owner with daily operational tasks throughout the school day, while gaining experience in the marketing, finance, and operational aspects of running a business. I initiated a partnership with a local youth homeless shelter, raising nearly $1,000 with the assistance of customer support. This partnership also offered employment opportunities to the youth.
