As a Residential Counselor or Supportive Services Specialist, I provide life skills services and direct supervision to sheltered youth aged 12-21, including those who are homeless, runaways, or at-risk, as well as participants in the Transitional Living Program. I work closely with clients and their families to assess needs and implement strategies aimed at family reunification, while ensuring the environment meets the comfort, safety, and security needs of each resident.
