Post Media, owner of Phnom Penh Post was in the final phase of acquiring the newspaper at the start of 2007, with its major transitioning from weekly to daily paper and digital , workload in newsroom and marketing department was at company's unprecedented level of effort. Duties included establishing pipeline for advertising revenue, maintaining relationship with stakeholders in all relevant sectors. Major accomplishment was a creation of a first of a kind of B2B monthly event that attracted hundreds of top business executives, the Finishing Post event is still continued to be successfully hosted today.

With only one other partner at the beginning of the startup, responsibilities were equally divided for the total spectrum of management including finances and HR, fund raising and material developments. Other duties include children's assessment, public school registration and vocational training.
