By the end of the quarter, I managed to collate and transform some of their manual tests and insert them into the module. The module was then containerized using Docker and can be run on a schedule using the Azure pipeline where results can be stored as an artifact.

Identifying these customers is important to save up the regulatory costs of being fined by ACMA.Key results:1. Increase process efficiency by 50% which leads to faster investigation for these underperformed MAS customers2. Manage to identify other causes which reduce false positives. This is done using a combination of data wrangling and analysis tools, such as SQL, Python Pandas, AWS Redshift, etc.3. Design a custom dashboard using AWS Quicksight for executive daily reports and to ensure that SLA is always met.

In NOSH, we switch role all the time. I was occasionally placed at front, which is serving the customer's order, but sometimes, i was also placed at the back. In my opinion, NOSH has changed me a lot in terms of my level of confidence, as being at front means that you had to communicate frequently with the customers, and I've learnt so much on how to give a great service to the customer. In addition, being at the back taught me on how to be fast during rush hours. I also learnt on how to acclimate quickly in different roles and to always be ready on changes that may happen during the course of time.
