My role is to help as part of the improvement program to ensure the system performs well for all the different processes.I Implemented the fostering recruitment and adoption recruitment module and also provided the training to the fostering and adoption teams to use the new modules.I designed the forms to fit with the signs of safety model to include CIN.

• Developed the Training Strategy for the implementation of the new Social Care system, Liquidlogic (ICS) for the Children/Young People Services in Gloucestershire.
• Developing, Delivering the Training and supporting the staff on the Liquidlogic ICS System.
