My role is to help as part of the improvement program to ensure the system performs well for all the different processes.I Implemented the fostering recruitment and adoption recruitment module and also provided the training to the fostering and adoption teams to use the new modules.I designed the forms to fit with the signs of safety model to include CIN, CP, and CLA.Currently working with the OT team and CSE developing the new customer defined workflow for their processes and developed their forms.Working closely with the users to help develop the system to support the practice by improving the use of the system.
