Mainly responsible for the audit, upkeep, and graduation of undergraduate students• Created useable check sheets for the University minors• Applied Off-campus and transfer credits to student’s transcripts • Regular filing and upkeep of records• Responsible for the drafting of the undergraduate Commencement List • Assisted in entering/verifying grades• Processed and mailed diplomas, maintaining and updating diplomas on hold• Various other tasks and projects as assigned by the Director and Associate Director.
