After a small practical introduction to COBOL, I was responsible for the wages application on mainframe concerning the Euro-conversion. After that I created the MS-Access database for the wages of the Local Police.Next project was a project for the provincial gouvernment to follow-up files. It was another Mainframe project in Cobol.So was the next small project, which concerned all payments of the Cipal applications (wages, taxes, ...).Due to my VB knowledge, I was asked to make some changes on the application of a Swiss Hotel.Since Februari 2005 I was placed in the group "town and country planning" This included the applications of Construction Licence, Allotments, Maps, Lots, Buildings, Environment, ... First I created some technical documentation. Later I was set in the group of developpers (using Powerbuilder) combining 1st and 2nd line helpdesk. From time to time I was asked by the installation team to help installing the applications at several users sites.
