My role encompassed a wide range of tasks, including store setup, food preparation, cashier duties, meticulous cleanup, and efficient restocking. I was dedicated to ensuring every customer enjoyed an exceptional experience while upholding the restaurant's high standards. Whether opening or closing the store, I consistently played a key role in maintaining the positive atmosphere that defines Sweetberry Bowls.

During my time as the Outreach Coordinator at Letters for Rose, I was committed to addressing loneliness among elderly residents in nursing homes by coordinating the distribution of heartfelt letters. I sourced appropriate nursing homes, cultivated relationships with these facilities, and sent out these comforting letters. By connecting with elderly homes and facilitating this heartwarming initiative, I made a meaningful impact in alleviating loneliness within the elderly community, in line with Letters for Rose's core mission.

During my time as the Program Management Specialist at Reach for the Stars, I played a pivotal role in providing online tutoring to children in need during the pandemic. I successfully organized tutoring sessions for students, sourced dedicated tutors, and spearheaded the program's promotion efforts. By connecting students with valuable educational resources and talented tutors, I contributed to bridging the learning gap during challenging times, reflecting Reach for the Stars' commitment to helping young learners reach their full potential.
