As a Project/Edition Lead and Functional Tester:- Responsible for planning, analizing, and implementing test plan and executing test cases as a functional tester in Netsuite with customized accounts for customers across different countries such as JAPAC, EMEA, and NOAM before deployment to Production. - Manages all the regression and retest in every project regarding the technical defects and document issues encountered. She has been negotiating and collaborating from across different teams on what are required tests needed in every edition. - Hard skills on all functional processes that the system has, as that being said she is well-versed in every areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Return to Debit, Electronic Bank Payments, and Design to Build. - Responsible for test data creation measured on what the test cases needs. - Addresses all the issues in every edition project by communicating and presenting to the development team and manager as to what would be the strategy to improve the existing process to cater the customers need for the customized system. - Presented and implemented recommendation on what we can change in our current QA process to save more time and perform tasks accordingly such as; Email hand-off templates, Confluence page of issues to refer for future projects, Addition to Knowledge bank to avoid raising irrelevant issues.- Conducted meetings across difference teams globally, to discuss major issues and generates daily reports to update higher ups on the state of the QA Process.- Pioneered the planning and testing of a new feature, together with implementing it to be used by the other 7 people in the team.

As a Application CC&B Tester/ Script Creator - Responsible for creating end to end scripts for every functionality in CC&B, she also manages the tracking of test conditions that will be created for every business requirements. She tested areas such as Adjustments, Credits, Billings, Middleware, and third-party applications.As a Testing Team Lead - Manages the overall task for the team, starting from planning the scripts creation and the test conditions together with mapping it to the requirements provided by the business. She also, ensures that deadlines are met by reporting to the Business people and adjusting the plans made if there are additional requests from them. POC of process matters in Prepaid when it comes to testing. It is also her job to make agreements with the business on how testing will be approached in certain environments in CC&B.
