Duties & Responsibilities:- Attending site meetings and inspections- Liaising with the clerk of works to verify the value of work done- Keeping a record of all site instructions issued and evaluating the financial implications of any such instructions promptly- Ensure the contractor complies with all contractual matters inter alia insurance, performance bond and provision of necessary preliminaries- Advise site professionals on the financial implications of any decision or instructions- Preparing valuation statements for interim certificates- Participating in contract and project close-up activities- Providing technical support to the clerks of works- Providing cost information to support decision-making by other professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Preparing and pricing bills of quantities for tender- Determining materials and labour estimates for the projects based on the work program- Doing site remeasurements of executed work- Carrying out interim valuations- Keeping and updating site inventory for the management of material consumption and other resources- Making necessary procurement arrangements with the site office to ensure the timely supply of materials to the site- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work- Attending site meetings and inspections- Recording any additional works proposed by the project consultants’ on-site instructions book and notifying the same to management through an internal memo- Notifying the management of any defect or non-conformity identified during the construction process- Liaising with the project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Assisting the compliance officer to perform the following responsibilities:- Maintain a filing system for non-compliance cases under investigation- Collecting and compiling data captured during quality assurance site visits- Verify documented detected non-compliance issues in construction sites- Assist the Registration officer in accrediting skilled construction workers and site supervisors

Duties & Responsibilities:- Preparing material estimates for various construction projects- Preparing bills of quantities- Accompanying the Managing Director during project meetings and writing reports on the same- Pricing tender bills of quantities- Building up unit construction rates based on the prices of materials, labour, transportation costs, profits & overheads for the contractor- Doing site re-measurements of executed works to compare with the material utilization reports for controlling construction costs- Producing shop and construction drawings of minor works using ArchiCAD- Undertaking valuations for work done to apply for payments from the client- Advising the management on proper contracting and drafting of sub-contract agreements.
