• Oversaw the simultaneous planning and construction phase of numerous Brownstone Brooklyn one family houses purchased by the US Masters real estate investment trust• Assessed the purchased properties to determine the required scope of work• Liaised with the outsourced architects of record in completing proper municipal filings using my building code and zoning regulation knowledge and resources• Allocated funds from the investment trust’s $500 million assets to respective projects taking into account the future rental market and comparable surrounding properties• Sourced consultants, contractors and trade specialists to complete the projects within the approved budget and scheduled timeline• Educated a team of assistant project managers on the minutia required to complete a residential construction project and aimed to prepare them for personal projects in a maximum of 6 months

• Preserving the City’s rich history by managing exterior restoration campaigns to correct façade issues in the city mixed use high rises and residential towers• Lead weekly project meetings by providing clients and construction team with project updates, agendas, and minutes, and facilitate all conflicts and decisions through the week• Monitor accounts receivables and project schedule and tasks to maintain budgets and profits• Review interior alterations submissions in residential and mixed use buildings represented by our office for compliance with building rules, codes, and life safety requirements• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize proposals and AIA contracts with and between clients, contractors, and consultants

• Generated Department of Building sets complete with zoning calculations, energy compliance check calculations, occupancy and egress loads, and ADA requirements for residential, commercial, mixed use, education, and healthcare projects• Produced design schemes and construction documents for clients requesting mixed use and commercial conversions of existing buildings and new construction projects• Rendered presentation plans and 3-D models for business development proposals

• Worked on all aspects of high-end one and two family residential design, from initial measure-up to final punch list and follow up after move in• Administered the construction phase the these privately owned homes including reviewing proposals, bids, contracts, breakdowns, change orders, and other financial items• Produced drawings for the building department and landmark preservation commission, schematic designs, construction documents, and issued hand sketches and details

• Measured and drafted as-builts of 41 buildings comprising the health system’s 128 acre campus• Assisted project managers with design intent for multiple healthcare projects
