Responsibility for the delivery of best-practice HR for Futurestep New Zealand (Executive Search, Consulting and Recruitment Process Outsourcing) with a focus on hiring talent, workforce planning, induction, succession planning, Learning & Development and HR policy. Key Achievement:Travelled to Shanghai to attend a workshop run by a Lominger Consultant on the Interview Architect System. With two colleagues (Hong Kong and Shanghai based), designed and implemented a training programme for the Asia-Pacific business for all users of the Interview Architect system and Competency Based Interviewing. Delivered the interactive training workshops on a quarterly basis (in person where the location allowed with webinar attendees in multiple locations).
