I oversee several medical practices (MSOs) across the North Georgia region and provide operational and clinical leadership. I have developed innovative initiatives and implemented protocols to increase practice performance, HEDIS measure completion and gap closures, and HCC coding. I have successfully improved patient satisfaction and understanding to increase STAR ratings and CMS review performance. I have created a catalogue of patient education information and projects to serve patients and increase rapport and volume. I have completed various audits in departments and EMR to improve and develop practice improvement protocols as well as created initiatives amongst clinics to increase health equity and improve patient health outcomes. I have also worked to increase patient volume within the GA region by hiring top performing providers to join our medical group.

As the creator of The Art of Living, I started my business to work with a diverse portfolio of companies, ranging from medical practices to large scale business-to-business based organizations. I aided in business plan construction, funding and partnership plans, grant construction, social media coverage and company image improvement. I also spearheaded other administrative and operational trainings and initiatives. My focus is in strategic global partnerships.

While working at iCare Health, I oversaw the HEDIS and STARS compliance of the medical practices iCare Health was contracted with. I was also a patient and provider educator for these practices where I would create initiatives and company articles for prevention and treatment. I was also sent out across the state of Florida as a diabetic retinopathy technician and instructor.

While working at this company, my duties were to work with hospitals and medical examiners across the state of Florida to determine medical suitability of the recently deceased in relation to tissue donation. My focus was in medical screening and determination for the recovery of tissue to be used in both transplant and research cases.
