My name is Nzingha (pronounced En-ZING-gah) and I am a senior math major at Carleton College. I hope to attend graduate school and become a professor of mathematics. I have research experience in computational geometry at Carleton College, in algebraic combinatorics at the NYC Discrete Math REU at CUNY Baruch and in algebraic geometry at the Algebra and Combinatorics REU at the University of Minnesota.At Carleton, I have also been gaining teaching experience through working as a tutor in the Math Skills Center, and a Prefect and Teaching Assistant for introductory calculus classes.I am also an international student from Barbados, and in my second year at Carleton I worked as a Peer Leader in the Office of Intercultural Life. Outside of math, I sing and like to swing dance!
