Nebojsa "Vic" Zlatanovic is admitted to practice in New Jersey state courts, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims. He's also accredited with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. A combat veteran and proud former paratrooper, Mr. Zlatanovic believes in the need to represent U.S. veterans. Navigating through the process from an initial claim with a VA regional office to an appeal with the Board of Veterans' Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims can be a challenging, time-consuming, and stressful experience, so choosing a zealous advocate is a very important decision for veterans to make.Mr. Zlatanovic's a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and was a 2010-2011 pupil of the Justice Robert L. Clifford American Inn of Court. He's volunteered with the New Jersey Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and was also a member of the ABA's 2011-2012 Young Lawyers Division Public Service Team implementing the YLD's Project Salute: Young Lawyers Serving Veterans, a project aimed at educating veterans on benefits. He is a past chairman of the NJSBA's Military Law and Veterans Law Section.He's a graduate of Rutgers, The State University, and Seton Hall School of Law. He's a former chairman of the Manchester Utilities Authority and a former secretary of a local board of health. He's a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the 173rd Airborne Brigade Association and a 2017 Advocacy Fellow of High Ground Veterans Advocacy, a not-for-profit organization committed to training advocates for veterans.
