This involved managing and executing the testing required for our payroll engine Delphi to C# conversion project, and then subsequently creating the processes needed for data cleansing. I then led the data integrity projects for customers moving on to the new and improved software release. These processes and approaches to data cleansing were then transitioned with my support to our Professional Services and Support team, to allow for the increased customer demand for the upgraded software version.
