I have over twenty years’ experience in digital media, technology, and education, with skills in the production of both online and offline content, design, print production, mapping and interpretation, video and photography, and as organisations have matured in their digital and customer understanding, service and experience design. Recently applying these skills, and this knowledge in co-creating strategic change models and frameworks, introducing design thinking, and facilitating workshops through the empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and test methodology.By using tools and concepts like co-design, persona creation, user narratives, customer journeys, service blueprints, human-centric design, and agile thinking, I implement collaborative approaches to problem solving and supporting an organisation’s needs, all undertaken with integrity and empathy. These traits are important in working within the organisation, and in communicating with the customer, particularly as today's online environment has modified the expectations in how we interact.I coach and support colleagues, the organisation, and external stakeholders in making deliberative decisions on how best to understand and thrive through digital and traditional channels the environment they operate in, from the development of high-level strategies to support the business, to applying, at a tactical level, tools and processes to improve customer and organisation interactions.I confidently interact with and support clients and colleagues with different levels of technical knowledge, and have an ability through storying telling narratives, metaphors and analogies, to describe complex concepts in ways that reference something in their day to day activities that makes it relevant and understandable to them.I want to work with an organisation that wants to create better leaders, managers, and an organisation culture that adapts in an ever-changing world.Always interested in talking about opportunities.
