Leadership training and mentorship

• Serve as a graduate advisor for the Associated Student Government (ASG).• Serve as advisor to ASG Executive Officers and the programs and initiatives of their role. This includes holding weekly meetings with the officer, establishing learning outcomes for the position and providing guidance and assistance to the officer. Advise on responsibilities of this officer as outlined in the ASG Code and Constitution. • Serve as the advisor to the ASG student leaders involved in programmatic outreach of the ASG Executive Branch, particularly in the Executive Cabinet and the Freshman Leadership Forum. These programmatic branches look to engage university students in shared government through activities and leadership development programs. Advise the appointed student leaders on recruitment, promotion, publicity, marketing, budgeting, program implementation, and program evaluation. • Serve as advisor to the ASG Vice President and Cabinet Officers pertaining to any event planning, program development, and execution of ASG events. This includes holding pre and post event planning meetings with the officer, advising on budget management, and in consultation with the ASG Secretary, promotes and publicizes the event. More so, work in establishing learning outcomes for the position and providing guidance and assistance to the officer(s).

African Student Organization: Advancing African culture,equality, inclusion and educates NWA community about the beauty of Africa. As a mouthpiece for students, we strive to create awareness within the University community, as well as the Northwest Arkansas region about the rich and diverse cultures of Africa and its people. We are proud to share our culture and heritage with the world.We engage in several cultural and educational activities on campus, within the community, and even outside Arkansas! We also encourage our members to participate in these community projects individually.

Medium of Communication between students and faculties, government officials and the college. I created awareness for the international students and defended their welfare.

I ensured good costumer relationship between workers and clients, providing customer service satisfaction and the active progress of the Food and Beverage Department as a whole.
