- Collaborated to build and maintain a team intranet on Coda to promote transparency and self-serve knowledge management resulting in enablement and a decrease in support tickets- Developed and delivered engaging onboarding trainings covering a number of tools, systems and ways of working during a period of hypergrowth allowing the team to scale rapidly whilst maintaining process integrity- Influenced a system vendor to redesign elements of the tool to enable more efficient scheduling and scaling of our interview pools with automated training paths- Led a project with the Engineering interviewer community to create new interviewer training resources in line with their needs. This resulted in a new training workflow and improved time to 'graduate' from a shadow to a lead interviewer- Pitched, planned and executed an opportunity for a designer from GoodTime to embed at Spotify for 3 months. I curated a thorough program of shadowing and workshops to ensure our main pain points were uncovered allowing us to influence GoodTime’s priorities and product roadmap. This resulted in a number of updates to the system that greatly improved our ways of working
