The role developed in response to a disruptive concept and arguably the most connected and engaging Global CSR collaborations bar none, media coverage of global youth summit, staged annually and now in its tenth consecutive year. Headhunted from the outset by a Summit Co-founder this was a complex new business introduction that yielded a diverse and powerful CSR portal with wide-ranging intentions and an abundance of rewards personally and professionally. No day was the same, no resistance to far-reaching goals and a highly committed team working tirelessly support attendees. My overall responsibility in 2009 was to recruit the core team and internalise our activity, forming an efficient & reliable event operations hub. Staging the inaugural Summit and beyond depended entirely on monetising the attendee pathway. I lead the London and worldwide sales HQ, embedding sponsorships, original targeting scope & support resources, membership value expands, increasing with the collegiate activity that underpins each resolution committed to at each Summit.No other platform for young leaders can leverage the voice of global youth.
