Working at Adept technologies as a Transcription Quality Analyst, I was successful in the analysis of the clients’ audio and audiovisual files transcripts, research and content development, coming up with a well-trained team of transcribers, quality and timely delivery of nothing but the best at its finest.Most recently, I served as a Records Management Assistant for Wanandege Sacco. Here, I conducted a survey of all the institution’s financial files, sorting (Dormant files, Active files and Withdrawal files), filing, shelving, labeling and replacement of worn out and torn file folders. I had the opportunity to apply and enhance my records management skills and also demonstrated the ability to handle with confidentiality, the institution’s financial records.Previously, I did work for Blootex Limited, a construction company, as its Stores Clerk. I demonstrated the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds coming out well equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills.To add to the aforementioned experience, I have acquired a four-year knowledge in the fields of ICT, Media and Publishing, Records and Archives Management, Library and Information Centres having graduated in 2014 with a 2nd Class Honors (Upper Division) in B.Sc. in Information Sciences at the Maasai Mara University.
