Regional Business Manager
Current- As Leader of the Regional Operation in Central America and the Caribbean, be responsible for managing the regional office and team located in Panamá under the standards of our headquarters from the USA.- To Develop the business in the region working hand to hand with the commercial and post-sales team to reach the company’s main objectives and warrant a profitable and successful operation.- To make long-term business plans for the development of the business, and be aware of the performance of each area (sales, logistics, customer service, marketing, operations, staff, suppliers, budget, finance, compliance, etc).- Be the principal leader of the projects executed by the company and managing the key accounts - To warrant the best acquisition costs on products and logistics performance to maximize revenues and profits for the business- Be aware of the finances of the company, always looking for the profitability of the business.- Attend industry shows to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technological advantages and strengthen relationships with suppliers.- To engage and foster our team and customers in moving the industry ever forward. - To promote an environment that encourages compromise, learning, innovation, and creativity - Organize all the marketing strategies according to the growth of the business- Search and hire the best employees to support the operation of the company.- Take under control business costs structure to maximize the benefits of the operation.
