As the Founding Partner of Consorcio Económico y de Comercio Alquimia, I led the business strategy, established a network of key contacts, and managed the commercialization of Mexican brands and products in both national and international markets. I spearheaded the successful creation and launch of "El Yo No Fui" (artisanal mezcal) and "Dos Almas" (avocado oil), overcoming regulatory challenges and securing all necessary permits for alcoholic beverage commercialization in Mexico. Additionally, I secured strategic distribution agreements, positioning our brands in key retail locations, high-end hotels, and restaurants, and launched an online store for direct-to-consumer sales.

I represented Mexico on the CABEI Board of Directors, leading the development of operational and administrative policies to promote socioeconomic growth in member countries. I chaired the Audit and Finance and Risk Committees, overseeing the Bank's financial health while managing a team of 5 in the Mexico office and 300 staff across 11 regional offices. During my tenure, I drove the expansion of the Bank's portfolio in non-founder countries by over 35%, approved development projects exceeding USD $10 billion, and promoted the first syndicated loan to Mexico in 25 years, achieving an improved credit rating of AA and Aa3.

I led the acquisition of financial resources from public and private entities for state projects, focusing on alternatives that did not increase public debt. I participated in implementing the first generation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects in sectors such as health, communications, and education. I co-led the structuring of a securitization of the Public Registry of Property's revenues, generating $4 billion pesos to modernize its system. Additionally, I created a database of public and private funding sources, optimizing resources for social projects.

Coordinated inspection visits of foreign authorities to financial institutions in Mexico, and represented the CNBV before international banking supervisory agencies and regulatory associations.
