Main Responsibilities Include:• Planning and organizing: Mapping out timelines, the scope of work, and other areas as needed.• Communication: Serving as the liaison between the creative team and internal and external partners to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, in a streamlined and organized manner. • Monitor progress: Keeping a close eye on project timelines, workloads, cross-functional teams, and project objectives to ensure all of those elements are staying on track. • Function as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with regards to project status, deadlines, and deliverables. • Drive prioritization of all creative projects and help negotiate trade-offs with leaders and stakeholders. • Build and maintain key relationships, sharing a commitment to driving results across departments.• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes by persistently identifying opportunities in existing processes, working with teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and designing new processes as needed.• Ensure the agency delivers best-in-class output, functioning efficiently, and instilling a culture of collaboration.• Drive and contribute to a culture where people love to work, feel they can flourish, and are proud of their work.• Help lead and manage both in-house and external teams in project management, execution, and production, managing creatives across multiple locations and time zones.

Responsible of co-leading a team of fifteen members in charge of the advertising needs related to the UTEP Centennial Time Capsule project. In addition, I am directly responsible for any graphic design effort required for the project itself. Duties include: •Creation of the UTEP Centennial Time Capsule logo.•Creation of flyers and posters for events related to the project. •Producing promotion events for the project.

Responsible of supervising the entire process of an importation/exportation procedure on a daily basis. Duties include: •Inspection of merchandise received at warehouse. •Create a spreadsheet with the specific information of the merchandise received including data like model numbers, serial numbers, country of origin, etc. •Notify clients of what merchandise was received and keep constant communication with them throughout the import/export procedure. •Creation of all necessary documents needed for the import/export procedure like shipper exports, hazardous material documentation, and customs manifests. •Coordinate freight transportation services with the customs team until the merchandise reaches destination.
