Leading the technology department while developing the sport of kitesurfing through various events and increasing accessibility.-Full re-build of the technology stack, new dashboards, internal systems, servers, and cyber security measures.-Project owner for a full re-build of the website, SRS writing, leading developers, progress reporting, and project financing.-Member of the executing team for 4 event, including America’s Cup Preliminary Regatta Jeddah 2023.

I led a team of 3 data science interns to work on multiple initiatives to study and enhance the newsletter performance and delivery.- Provided insights that drove retention growth (+15%) by analyzing subscribers’ behavior and newsletters interactions.- Developed web-scrapers & text classification models in Arabic and English, that helped content writers in an easy way in finding the best subjects to be written in the newsletter to retain our subscribers interest.

My internship started with 3 months of intensive training, followed by implementing a few projects. -Built AI & ML models for learning purposes on Kaggle (House prices prediction, Titanic disaster). -Developed extra features for the company’s website.

Joined the team to provide new insights for existing clients.-Implemented an Arabic topic discovery model that helped clients in listening and analyzing online user’s interactions [Public posts, Private messaging, and surveys] (millions of data points per day) while considering previous data to identify emerging trends and customer pain points to alert the business and prevent potential PR crises.
