As the Director of Latin America for the Open Contracting Partnership, I lead efforts to design and implement strategies that transform procurement systems to deliver better social outcomes and address the region’s toughest public challenges. Working closely with government and civil society partners, I apply evidence-based approaches to enhance the efficiency, integrity, and efficacy of public spending. Prior to joining OCP, I was a Government Innovation Fellow at Harvard University’s School of Government, advising U.S. and Latin American state and local governments on using results-driven and data-informed strategies to improve financial management systems and service delivery. Previously, I led the Strategic Analysis Group at Colombia’s Ministry of Defense and have worked with the Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) in India and the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
